At Deen Jewels, we value your satisfaction and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we're here to help.

🔄 Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
  • It must be returned in its original packaging, including any jewelry boxes or tags.

Please note:
✨ Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If the return is declined (due to damage or not meeting return conditions), we’ll notify you via email.

  • Custom or engraved items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"

📦 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged or you received the wrong product.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
